Eating Clean: Day 7

Wow, I made it to day 7. No junk food so far, yay me!

So for breakfast I had ghee savory wholewheat toasts, a banana, and a half of apple.


I had vegetable malatang (Spicy soup) for lunch.


For dinner, I made rice, garlic butter lemon spinach, and an olive oil fried egg.
