This year I want to be healthier so hopefully my body has enough energy to to heal the Adenomyosis. Some people might say it’s a long shot, that I can only control the symptoms. Well, I have faith in me and I will do my best to make it comes true!
I also want to learn how to meditate. I read it helps to control stress, which means lower estrogen level 😘 Another thing is to learn how to control the pain, some kind of meditation to manage the pain? That will be very helpful for me, because by the time goes I feel that my tolerance to pain has getting lower 😞 Every period becomes a traumatic moment for me, I’m scared of the pain…
This year, I want to be more positive about my life no matter how hard it will be. That’s the spirit!
