– May Cycle Day 8 –

I had slight lower back pain in the morning. I took ibuprofen after breakfast, I knew that the pain will escalate after I go number 2. Prevention is important. I learn it the hard way.

I almost had no pain at all, all day after I took ibuprofen in the morning. Around 6 pm I started to have lower back pain (3-4/10), I was cooking dinner. I took another ibuprofen to relieve the pain. The pain level has decreased but until 9 pm I still feel slight lower back pain (2/10) and random rectum pain (2/10). What a life…

Ramadan has started 5 days ago but I haven’t started fasting because of my period and the pain. I’m planning to fast tomorrow. I need to fast so my body has time to repair itself. 

God has mercy… please let my body feel less to no pain tomorrow πŸ™πŸΌπŸ™πŸΌπŸ™πŸΌ 

My uterus… my body… please be strong πŸ™πŸΌπŸ™πŸΌπŸ™πŸΌ

– May Cycle Day 7 –

Today is day 7 of my cycle. The bleeding has stopped but the pain still here. I took 1 ibuprofen in the morning because I felt light lower back pain and lower abdomen pain. An hour after that I felt no pain at all.

At 4 pm I decided to take a walk to groceries store. I want to restart my walking exercise. I have been very lazy these last 4 months. I seldom did yoga and walk. I walked for 2.6km. When I arrived at the groceries store I have started to feel lower back pain and cramps. Now I’m on bus otw home, the pain has escalated to level 3-4. I need to survive until I arrives home. God help me πŸ™πŸΌ

Update:

I made it home. I walked like a snail but I made it! πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ I took one ibuprofen with ryes bread and water. Now I just need to wait for the medicine to work. I have ordered some food from A Chinese restaurant nearby my apartment, so it’s all good!

Period day 5 was yesterday, it was quite easy. I had back pain, lower abdomen pain, and my favorite devil, rectum pain. 

The rectum pain is so unbearable for me, it feels like someone is stabbing my rectum with knife. It goes so deep and painful, and it comes and goes anytime it wants. The pain will elevate after I go number 2. As a prevention, I usually take ibuprofen before I do my business πŸ˜†πŸ˜†πŸ˜† OMG, why am I talking about this? It’s so gross! πŸ˜†πŸ˜†πŸ˜†

I ate doughnuts yesterday because my husband bought some green tea doughnuts for me. As you can guess, my uterus complained not long after I eat it. It’s the wheat and sugar. Welcome back inflammation! 😈😈😈

It’s day 3 of my period. I woke up at 1am because I felt so much pain on my lower back. I felt like somebody hit my lower back with baseball bat over and over again. I had cramps, it wasn’t the worst and I felt nauseous. 

I took ibuprofen around 3:30am. Watched Family Guy so I can distract the pain while waiting the ibuprofen working. I fell asleep after a couple episodes and then woke up around 7am because of another series of pain.

I made honey lemon water, for detox. I had to wait for 30 minutes before I took ibuprofen with rice porridge that I bought last night. The pain was severe, especially the lower back pain. I could only cry while waiting the ibuprofen to react. I ordered papaya takeaway. I know it will help to reduce the inflammation. But I had to wait for 30 minutes for the delivery. When you’re in so much pain, even 30 minutes feels like forever.

It’s 10:18 now. The ibuprofen had been reacting, the pain level had decreased from 7 to 3/4. I also just ate my papaya, I don’t feel nauseous anymore. 

My body’s feels so sore from the pain. I bleed so much, I felt that I have no energy. I don’t have any iron supplements, I might need to get a supply. 

I feel so tired and beaten. This disease got me good. I need to get some rest.
