Eating Clean: Day 60

Yes, I made it to day 60! Lots of ups and downs, but I made it 😊

I made my fave garlic spinach recipe for dinner, that was delicious!



NO pain.

I felt nauseous for hours after I drank a cup of coconut milk. Okay, no more coconut milk for me…

I should have got my period yesterday (22 days cycle like last month), so my cycle is back to 23 days if I got my period today or 24 days cycle if I got it tomorrow. Which will be good. 

I read  that Adenomyosis caused the monthly cycles getting shorter months by month. I’ve gone from 25/26 days cycle 5 years ago to 22/23 days cycle this year. It freaks me out 😭 I read that some people managed to lengthen their monthly cycle to 28-30 days and relieve the Adenomyosis symptoms by eating clean/ follow endo diet and do yoga/walk/exercise regularly. I want to be one of those women. It’s a lot of work, I know… And I’m still struggling… I haven’t done yoga in a month now, and I haven’t take a walk exercise in 7 days. Since I came back to China, I avoided to walk outside because it’s too cold for me. I’m from Indonesia, it’s always warm all year there. I often get sudden cramps in a cold temperature. It’s hard for me, really it’s hard… 😞

Eating Clean: Day 28 – 38

Another summary of my eating clean effort aka endo diet. I slipped here and there, that’s when I ate doughnuts, creamy mushroom soup, feta cheese, and drank green tea latte. As what I said in my earlier post. I paid for what I’ve done.

Eating Clean: Day 23-27

Another resume for my eating clean journal. I really think that this eating clean diet really help to reduce my pain level. By eating clean here I actually refer to the Endometriosis diet. I should have posted it as Endo diet instead to begin with. Oh well 😔

As you can see, I didn’t peel my apple for my breakfast. I had nauseous all day after breakfast. I think it was because I didn’t peel the apple. It was just my assumption but I did blame the apple 😆

Eating Clean: Day 16 – 22

It’s been a week since the last time I wrote my food journal. I was in my painful time of the month, I just didn’t feel like to write anything. But I kept tracking my food intake. So, I’ll just dump it all in one post 😬😬😬

Day 16 a.k.a the first day of my period this month. It was the beginning of my painful days 😬

Day 17 a.k.a the most painful day of the month. I barely eat this day. My body was in so much pain, I had no appetite at all. I only ate mix nuts and goji berries all day.

Day 18 a.k.a. Day 3 of my period. I got my appetite back. I skipped my breakfast because I woke up late.

Day 21 (day 6 cycle) -I skipped my breakfast because I woke up late. It was my husband’s birthday, so we went out to Indian restaurant for dinner 😊🎉🎊
