An Early Bird in Pain

It’s 5:02 in the morning. I have been feeling light cramps and lower back pain (1-2/10) since 1am. I was twisting and turning while sleeping, it felt like I didn’t really sleep. I just check my fitness tracker, apparently I was right. I only sleep for 2 hours 😵

I have been waking up since 4am because of the pain. I took 1 liquid ibuprofen at 4:15am. I am feeling better compared to an hour ago. Now I just need to try to go back to sleep!

It’s 1am and I’m still fully awake. Guess what’s the culprit? My fave delicious matcha latte 😩 No more matcha in the evening…
